Wash routine for ‘relaxed‘ hair

[1] My hair was dry as #@$!. So I started off with a pre-poo treatment by using Olive Oil. In sections of three I applied the oil to my hair and scalp. I did the pre-poo treatment for like an hour without heat.

[2] For the washing treatment I used Mizani Supreme Oil Shampoo. I have used this product a few times, but hmm I’m not sure about this product. While I was washing my hair I noticed small strands of hair – breakage –. This hair loss is making me crazy. I say it every time but I need to upgrade my moisture level.

[3] For the condition treatment I used Mizani Supreme Oil Conditioner. My hair needed a boost so I mixed the conditioner with some additions (Castor Oil x Jojoba Oil x Glycerine). I planned to condition my hair for an hour, but it turned to be a long treatment – more than 4 hours, I blame reality TV  –

[4] After rinsing out the conditioner it was around 23:30 – bed time -. My hair was soft, but the moisture level was meeh oke. To prep my hair I applied Cantu Shea Butter Leave In Conditioning Repair Cream. This product saved my hair in the beginning of my hair journey. I need to use it more often. In sections of four I applied the product to my hair, like a lot. For sealing I used Macadamia Natural Healing Oil Treatment.

I air dried my hair overnight by twisting my hair and covered my hair with a satin scarf.

In the morning I moisturized my hair with ORS Hair Lotion and sealed with an oil mix that I use for my body – hahaha yes a body oil-. Because of the awful weather I’m trying to do more protective styling.
