A shampoo is needed to get your scalp and hair clean. The main purpose of a shampoo is to remove dirt, oil and smell.

To keep your scalp clean, refreshed and promote hair growth it’s important to be consistent with your washdays. I prefer to wash my hair once a week.

I moisturize my hair almost every day and use gel to style my hair. To nurture my scalp, I use an scalp oil 3 times a week.

You can imagen how my hair looks and feel after a week. My hair looks dull because of the product build-up. Also adding products to a dirty hair will not benefit my hair, because of the amount of product that is already on the hair.
