Before washing my hair I decided to do a quick search and destroy method – getting rid of the split ends –. I need to be more hands on with this method. At the positive side the split ends was less than normal. There was a point in my hair journey that split ends was my best friend – ugh -. Step 1 Shampooed my hair with Mizani Moisturfusion Milk Bath Shampoo. I was a bit lazy so I washed it in sections of two. With a cotton t-shirt I wrapped my hair to blot it dry.

14 W E E K S P O S T Step 1 It’s been a while I used a clarifying Shampoo. The last time was in the month Ocotber. I try to clarify my hair once a month. For the wash I used Tresemme Deep cleansing shampoo. – my sister washed my hair for me. She washed my hair two times in sections of four- This wash was quick and simple, as it should be.
