Finally after stretching my hair for 22 weeks (5 months) I texlaxed my hair. I really don’t know why, but I was really lazy this time to texlax my hair. For the new diary readers, I texlax my hair at home. Normally I stretch my hair between 16 – 20 weeks, but yeah here I am at 22 weeks post.
For some strange reason I don’t want to texlax my hair or let me say, I can’t find the time. Last week I went to the beauty supply store and bought a pack, so that I could texlax my hair. Well, a week has gone by and I still haven’t texlax my hair. To give my hair some rest from all the tension, I decided not to style my hair in a high bun for the whole week. I was doing well until Friday. I think after finally texlaxing my hair, I want to braid my hair so I can give my hair a break from bunning all the time!

Normally I would do a protein and clarifying treatment every 4 weeks, but my hair was in need of a protein treatment. It was time to get rid of the build-up of hair products. For the last two weeks I really focused on moisturizing my hair on a daily base. But I noticed that moisturizing too much makes my hair dull. Don’t get me wrong, I will keep on moisturizing, but I need to co-wash during the week to keep the balance.
