Wash Routine for relaxed (texlaxed) hair
STEP 1 | PRE-POO
Starting my wash routine with a pre-poo. For the last couple of weeks I have used Garnier Whole Blends (Loving Blends) Repairing Conditioner. In sections of four, I applied the product to my hair and after 25 minutes of pre-pooing, I rinsed the product out. I try to pre-poo my every time before washing. For now, I like this product for pre-pooing. -

18 weeks post relaxer
Today was must that a protein treatment was part of my routine. It’s been a while that I did a protein treatment. I say this every time ‘I need to step up my game, when it comes to protein’, but I’m the worst. When I notice that my hair is breaking then I reminded myself, ow it’s time for a protein.

Wash routine
relaxed hair aka texlaxed hair
Since my relaxer I noticed more hair falling out than normal – shedding & breakage – . Yeah shedding is normal, but this last week it was too much for my liking and the breakage was crazy. I know I need to step up with the protein treatment.
Pre-poo treatment
Before washing my hair I started with an oil treatment. I made a mix of Coconut oil with 1 tps. Olive oil. The oil was applied all over my hair and scalp. I love using an oil for my pre-poos. I did this treatment more than 2 hours.
