Let’s start the month April of with clarifying routine
We have entered a new month, a new quarter. To start the month of right it’s time for some clarifying. My previous wash routine was a detox treatment, so I’m really curious on how my hair is going to feel after washing.
“Let the cleansing begin”
As always I used ORS Olive Oil Creamy Aloe Shampoo and shampooed my hair. To be honest my hair wasn’t dirty… dirty, so I didn’t sectioned my hair in parts. Don’t get me wrong, I still make sure I take my time when I do a clarifying routine. After shampooing, I applied Garnier Loving Blends Nourishing Conditioner with Avocado Oil & Shea Butter extracts, because I wanted bring some moisture back to my hair. In section of four I applied the conditioner to my hair and let the conditioner sit for 10 minutes. After rinsing out the conditioner my hair felt good, clean, soft & moisturized.
“We are back and feeling moisturized”
For deep conditioning I had to use ORS Replenishing Conditioner. In section of four I applied the conditioner to my hair. While I was applying the conditioner to my hair, something popped up “let’s do a quick trim”. Yes! When conditioner was still in my hair, I trimmed a little bit of some uneven ends. This was my first time trimming of uneven ends with conditioner in my hair and to be honest I kind of like this method. To complete my routine I sat under the hooded dryer for 30 minutes.
Replenishing Conditioner combined with heat is a powerful combination
When my hair was towel dried I applied Luster’s S Curl No Drip Activator Moisturizer & Creme of Nature Pure Honey Detangler Leave-in to my hair and let my hair air-dry.
When my hair was dry, I not kidding, my hair felt so GOOD. I was worried, that I was doing too much with the detox & clarifying, but my hair felt so soft and my ends looked healthy.
This was the boost that I needed to get my hair back in a healthy condition. That means moisturized, thick, even length.
When was the last time you got rid of uneven length?
The thick & healthy journey continues, Eems!
