In December I decided to use one specific brand for my hair journey. My timeline went crazy when Creme of Nature came out with their new brand line “Pure Honey“. I’m a product junkie so I had to try this product out. Every week I will post a video about my first impression. So don’t be a stranger click on the play button, but also don’t forget to subscribe to my channel “EEMSDIARY“.
Normally after washing my hair I moisturize my hair with a leave-in, but sometimes I do have my lazy moments. That’s what happened in the video below. After washing I didn’t do anything with my hair as a result that my hair was screaming for some moisture.
Moisturizing my hair is really basic. It doesn’t matter which product I use my method will always be the same.
My basic steps!
In this video I’m using African Pride Miracle Shea Butter Hair Moisturizer & Growth Oil.

I’m desperate on a search for a hydrating conditioner. Back in the beginning of my hair journey I used Nexxus Humectress conditioner, but I had to buy this through Amazon every time. Years has gone by and I noticed that I really miss using a hydration conditioner for my hair. So guess what … I’m on a mission.
When I was shopping for some ‘new’ products I came across L’Oréal Paris Botanical product line. As I was reading the label the word hydrating caught my attention.
To start of I love the packing. It stands out! What also caught my attention were the following words; no sulfates, silicones, parabens of colourants. Further it also says to be 98% from natural origin. Hmmm that’s interesting.
“It stands out!”
Before I go further with my impression. This product line is not an international line. When I looked it up online, I only found website based in the Netherlands.
Product information
Prepared with lavender essential oil, soy & coconut oil to moisturize, soften & detangle fine hair fibers. Calming, fresh scent.
To begin of the product has a nice soft scent. You can really smell the lavender. The texture of the conditioner is light. For a slight second it reminded me of the Nexxus conditioner. In sections of four I applied the conditioner, but I was a little lost about how much to apply. Because of the thickness of my hair in my mind I had to apply a lot of conditioner.
I had to keep in mind this is a hydrating conditioner, so the slip would be different. But as I was applying I was thinking
‘’will this hydrate my hair?”
On the package there is no information about how long to leave the conditioner on. I had to go online and found out. On the website I was told to rinse after 2 minutes. Well 2 minutes is way too short for me so I let sit for 15 minutes.
After rinsing out the conditioner from the outside my hair looked okay … like just okay. But as I was feeling my hair I could feel a difference. So I continued with styling my hair and when I was done
“My hair was doing a happy dance”
Yes from the outside my hair wasn’t ‘super’ moisturized, but from within my hair felt balanced and soft.
In or Out?!
I will use this product with my monthly regimen. With one treatment I almost used half of the product. The product itself cost € 9,17, 200ml. So yeah I’m taking it easy with this product.
